Our drinking water comes from the Lam Tab area, a location about 70 km from our resort.
In an untouched natural area water is drawn from a well which is 120 metres deep.
The water is pure and its quality frequently tested to meet AAA American standard.
We avoid all processed foods, artificial ingredients and additives in our meals, no MSG (mono sodium glutamate) or other flavour enhancers or tenderisers.
We cook exclusively with raw ingredients from the region, such as vegetables, fruits and homemade curries.
All the seafood served to you at our restaurant is wild caught fish and shrimps from the sea area around our coastline.
The chicken and pork meat we buy from selected local farms and from BETAGRO where no anti-biotics or growth hormones are used in the rearing of their livestock or production of their meat.
Chicken eggs and duck eggs all come from the local village and all herbs from local farmers.
